First tried Labrador tea in Fogo Island (only the other side of Canada) I love tea made from this, the subtle flavour is lovely. You just have to be sure to steep it at a low enough temperature so as not to release too much natural ledol compounds.

I was having supper when you delivered.Such amazingly fast service.I thought I would be picking up in a few days!Jelly is lovely-seems to have stopped my husbands cold in its tracks.Pickled asparagus are slightly too vinegary for me but yummy nonetheless the less.Mushrooms made a delicious pasta and disappeared quickly.Going to make an Italian crostada with the huckleberry jam so we haven’t tried it yet.All in all a great experience which shall be repeated.Thank you
