Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about getting your order
Processing time
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare your order. Since our office is mainly in the wild, we are not (yet!) able to ship daily. We thank you for your patience and support toward our small but dedicated business.
Shipping policy
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create.
The customer is responsible for entering a valid address. Any new shipment or additional shipping costs incurred due to rejected or undeliverable packages will be at the charge of the customer.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or courier (i.e. UPS, Purolator), depending on the option selected at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen, but below is a general timeline:
- Local delivery: 2–3 business days
- BC: 3–5 business days
- National: up to 7 business days
These are general estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and shipping option selected. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancelling or changing an order
If you need to make a change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us right away. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to offer any refunds or accept returns.
At Forest For Dinner, we take pride in providing the best possible quality for all our harvested products. If for some reason, you were not happy with the product you received, get in touch so we can find a way to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order.
Damage policy
If your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right. Please note that we may ask for pictures and details before issuing a refund or resend the item.
