I just love the wild salal berry jelly you sent me. It’s absolutely delicious. I enjoy it with crackers and cheese and just on its own on toast. Can’t imagine how you manage to take something growing in the forest and make it taste so good. I’m really interested in native plants and have tried to grow a salal bush in my garden with no success. I think I will try again tho after tasting your product or perhaps I’ll get ambitious and forage some berries on my own.
Thanks very much and have a very Happy New Year !
