A comforting blend drawn from the quiet heart of the West Coast forest. Soft Nootka rose petals and blackcap raspberry leaves weave together with the crisp vitality of wild pine needles and the nourishing depth of stinging nettle — a gentle, restorative cup that feels like the forest wrapping itself around you.

Ingredients: Blackcap raspberry leaves (Rubus leucodermis), Nootka rose petals (Rosa nutkana), Western white pine needles (Pinus monticola), Stinging nettle leaves (Urtica dioica). All wild foraged ingredients.

A WILD FOREST EMBRACE

Where the forest canopy closes in and the light grows soft, these four wild botanicals grow quietly and abundantly. Nootka rose petals lend a delicate floral sweetness, while blackcap raspberry leaves add a gentle, earthy body to the cup. Western white pine needles bring a clean resinous freshness that speaks of damp forest trails and open sky, and stinging nettle — one of the Pacific Northwest’s most nourishing wild greens — rounds out the blend with a deep, mineral warmth.

Together they create a cup that is at once restorative and grounding, wild and tender. West Coast Embrace is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the forest take care of you.

BREWING PARAMETERS

  • Quantity: Use one tea bag per 250 ml (about 8 oz) of water. This ratio ensures that each cup is rich in flavor and aroma, capturing the full essence of the wild botanicals.
  • Water Temperature: Heat water to 90°C to 95°C (194°F to 203°F). This temperature range is ideal for extracting the delicate flavors of the herbal ingredients without scalding them, preserving their natural oils and beneficial properties.
  • Steeping Time: Steep for 7 to 8 minutes. Allowing the tea to steep for this duration ensures a perfect balance between strength and subtlety, allowing the complex flavors and aromas of the wild botanicals to fully develop.

Please note that our pyramid bags are made from compostable materials and can be disposed of in your compost bin, where industrial composting facilities are available.

I was having supper when you delivered.Such amazingly fast service.I thought I would be picking up in a few days!Jelly is lovely-seems to have stopped my husbands cold in its tracks.Pickled asparagus are slightly too vinegary for me but yummy nonetheless the less.Mushrooms made a delicious pasta and disappeared quickly.Going to make an Italian crostada with the huckleberry jam so we haven’t tried it yet.All in all a great experience which shall be repeated.Thank you
