Everything you need to know about getting your order

Processing time

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare your order. Since our office is mainly in the wild, we are not (yet!) able to ship daily. We thank you for your patience and support toward our small but dedicated business. ​

Shipping policy

At this time, we only ship within Canada. If you wish to arrange shipping in another country, please contact us to see what options are available.

The customer is responsible for entering a valid address. Any new shipment or additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages due to such mistake will be at the charge of the customer.

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Processing times for regular parcel delivery are as follow:

  • Local delivery: 2 business days
  • BC: up to 3 business days
  • National: up to 7 business days

This is only a general timeframe. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen events and delays that could occur with Canada Post delivery.

 

Cancelling or changing an order

If you need to make a change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us right away. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to offer any refund or accept returns.
At Forest For Dinner, we take pride in providing the best possible quality for all our harvested products. If for some reason, you were not happy with the product you received, get in touch so we can find a way to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order.

Damage policy

If your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right. Please note that we might ask for pictures & details before issuing a refund or resend the item.
